Woman alone at a dark doorway holding a PanicTap panic button

You're alone more than you think.

  • Touring a vacant unit with someone you just met.
  • Walking the grounds after dark.
  • Knocking on a hotel room door.
  • Closing up the store alone.

In those moments, help is whatever you can reach in the few seconds you have.

1 in 3 properties had a staff safety incident in the past year — closer to 1 in 2 in affordable housing.*

Over half of female leasing agents feel vulnerable walking the property alone.*

  • A phone is slow

It has to be found, unlocked, opened and dialed — and it's the first thing an attacker reaches for. By the FCC's count, roughly one in three robberies involves the theft of a phone.

  • PanicTap is one press

No screen, no app, no number to dial. It's on your keychain, already in hand — and it looks like a key fob, so reaching for it never escalates the moment.

  • The data agrees

Staff issued a company phone were no more confident working alone. Staff given a panic button: +16 points in confidence.

  • Hand holding the PanicTap 911 button outdoors

    1. Hold

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

  • Emergency dispatcher with headset at a monitoring center

    2. 911 is called

Over its own 4G connection. Responders can hear anything within 10 feet.

  • Property manager seeing a PanicTap alert with location on his phone

    3. Help knows where to go

Every alert carries the device's live location, and your on-site team is texted at the same moment.

    911 is dispatched to you

One press connects you straight to local 911. Your alert carries the device's live location, and responders can hear anything within 10 feet.

Your team sees where you are

In the same moment, PanicTap texts your on-site team with your live location, so help comes from down the hall too.
