If a device stops working, we replace it free of charge for the lifetime of your account. Lost or damaged devices carry a $100 replacement fee. 30-day returns. Month to Month: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. One- and Two-Year plans: cancelling during the term carries an early-termination fee of half the remaining monthly payments.
